Born and raised in Katy Texas, Kris has seen first hand the tremendous growth and national recognition of his hometown. Today, as a full-time Realtor specializing in West Houston, Kris couldn't ask for a better job. "It's a great feeling to live and work in an area with so many real estate opportunities. I get great satisfaction out of being able to put my energy into helping people make the best decisions with real estate investments!"
After obtaining a Bachelors in Business Administration with a major in Economics and working for years in corporate sales Kris obtained his real estate license and began working full time as a Realtor in 2006. He is a member of the Texas Real Estate Commission, National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and previously was a Mortgage Loan Originator licensed in Texas. His background in real estate sales and loan origination ensures that each and every client gets the best possible service in all their real estate needs.
Kris holds the following designations:
ASP – Accredited Staging Professional
ABR - Accredited Buyer Representative
CHMS – Certified Home Marketing Specialist
